The Gurtu Monks We ran into the Gurtu Monks in Bristol recently, and thought they were pretty amazing. They like to sing, all teh time, so there was a continual backing track to our meeting. A quick chat with their leader put them onto Reverb Nation, which we like a lot. To our amazement, they quickly put up some old recordings of some of their fantastic chanting songs. We're not at all sure what they were saying to us, but they seemed genuine enough. Check them out here.
